All prices quoted are the prices you pay, VAT or a Craig Everett artist royalty will not be charged as extras.

Delivery charges are not included in the price advertised and will be charged separately as appropriate.

We can provide Quotations for overseas deliveries.

Payment may be made by credit card, cheque, bankers draft, bank transfer or cash. online purchases can be paid for by Paypal,

Works will only be released after funds have cleared.

Retention of Title Title of all works purchased from Craig Everett shall not pass to the buyer until the invoiced amount has been paid in full

Website Images due to photographic & screen variations, Craig Everett cannot guarantee that images of works displayed on this website are a true representation of those works.

Customers are advised to view all works in person by arrangement. All images are owned by Artist Craig Everett, if you wish to use the images please contact us for permission – Copyright 2018 Rule of Law English law applies to the interpretation of these Conditions.

Commissions:

Upon on agreement of a commission a 25% deposit of the total cost would be payable with the balance due on completion of the piece before shipment, this can be discussed at the time the agreement to complete a commission is made.


The artist Craig Everett reserves the right to produce prints of any commissions completed. Permission for external use of any imagery, needs to be obtained from the Artist.
